What payment methods do you accept?

If I try Sort It 2.0 free for 30 days, am I obliged to purchase it?

No, not at all. The reason we offer a free trial is so that you can make your own mind up as to whether or not Sort It 2.0 is right for you. If, after you've tried it, you decide it's not your cup of tea, simply un-install it. Click here to see how. [top]

In what way is the free trial restricted?

The trial version will cease to function once 30 days have elasped. Also, you are only allowed to enter a maximum of ten customers. [top]

Are there any on-going technical support charges?

None whatsoever. Once you've have purchased your license(s) you are granted free telephone support for the life of Sort It 2.0. The only time you will pay any extra is if we have to do any hands-on work for you (e.g. repairing a corrupt data file if your backup shedule is lax). [top]

What hardware/software will I need in order to use Sort It 2.0?

  • IBM or compatible PC running Windows XP or Windows 7 (Sort It 2.0 will run on Vista but we don't recommend it).
  • 1024 MB RAM (2048 MB or more recommended).
  • Sound card and speakers or headphones (for listening to the videos).
  • 128 MB or more of free hard disk space.
  • Some form of removable drive for storing backup files.
  • Graphics card and colour monitor capable of supporting at least 1024 X 768 screen resolution (1280 X 1024 recommended).
  • Inkjet or Laser printer for printing reports (colour recommended).
  • Up-to-date virus and spy-ware scanning/removal software (Trend Micro Internet Security and No Adware recommended). [top]

Will I need to be a computer whizz kid to use Sort It 2.0?

Most certainly not. The best way to judge if using the software is within your capabilities is to first, watch a few of the training videos and then download and install the trial version to your computer. Don't forget that you have 30 days to decide whether or not Sort It 2.0 is for you. [top]

Does Sort It 2.0 come with any sort of warranty?

Yes. Please refer to the End User License Agreement on the second page of the installation procedure for details. [top]

Is there any form of training available for Sort It 2.0 users?

Can Sort It 2.0 be used on a network?

Yes, it was designed with network use in mind. However, it's equally at home when used by just one person. [top]

If I take the offered free trial, when I come to license the software, will I lose all my data?

No, most certainly not. All entering the license key will do is remove the thirty day/10 customer limitation. [top]

I have the original Sort It, is it possible to import my data into the new version?

Most, and we do mean most, people who bought the original Sort It had some major updates to the software carried out, which in over 90% of cases, meant modifying the data files. As such, it would be impossible to provide a standard import program. We always intended the new version to run alongside the old one until all the existing jobs had been completed. The old version could then be kept for reference purposes. If, however, you would prefer your old data to be imported, please contact us for a quotation to create a custom program to enable you to do this. [top]
